No Rush Policy

Here at Dream Team Spa, we do not like to rush our clients. We do not book clients on top of each other, unless they are in a group together. We ask that you do not schedule your appointment if you have other obligations immediately after your appointment. We feel rushing affects the overall experience. So, we have a no rush policy.

This policy is really important to our style of massage.

Cancelation Policies

At Dream Team Spa, we greatly appreciate each appointment and your understanding of our cancellation policies. We have 3 cancellation policies general, same day, and travel massage cancelations.

General Cancelation Policy

Is for anyone that booked a service that was not booked on the same day of that service. We recognize that unexpected situations can arise, so if you need to cancel, please contact us by call or text at least one hour before your appointment. If you do not call or show up to your scheduled appointment a fee of 50% of the service will be added onto your next booking Thank you for your understanding!

Same Day Appointments Cancelation Policy

If you book a service and have to cancel or do not show up for that service, you will be charged 100%. We do collect credit card information for same day appointments.

Same Day Appointments Cancelation Policy

We do require your credit card information to reserve this service. We do require 24 hours' notice for cancelling any travel massage. Cancelation should be done via phone call. If you miss the 24 hours' notice window, we will charge you the 100% for that service.

Second Massage Therapist Policy

We do not make any guarantees that you will have two massage therapists working on you till you have arrived. Massage is physical and taxing on the body. Sometimes during a massage, we may feel strain and that tells us we need to rest. We cannot make a guarantee that you will have two therapists working on you. We try to not overload our workload to prevent this from happening.

One other thing the second massage therapist does not work on clients the entire massage. We design this method to create a more complete massage experience.

Policy to Refuse Service

As service providers we do have the right to refuse services for any reason.
