No Rush Policy

Here at Dream Team Spa, we do not like to rush our clients. We do not book clients on top of each other, unless they are in a group together. We ask that you do not schedule your appointment if you have other obligations immediately after your appointment. We feel rushing affects the overall experience. So, we have a no rush policy.

This policy is really important to our style of massage.

Cancelation Policies

At Dream Team Spa, we greatly appreciate each appointment and your understanding of our cancellation policies. We have 3 cancellation policies general, same day, and travel massage cancelations.

General Cancelation Policy

Is for anyone that booked a service that was not booked on the same day of that service. We recognize that unexpected situations can arise, so if you need to cancel, please contact us by call or text at least one hour before your appointment. If you do not call or show up to your scheduled appointment a fee of 50% of the service will be added onto your next booking Thank you for your understanding!

Same Day Appointments Cancelation Policy

If you book a service and have to cancel or do not show up for that service, you will be charged 100%. We do collect credit card information for same day appointments.

Same Day Appointments Cancelation Policy

We do require your credit card information to reserve this service. We do require 24 hours' notice for cancelling any travel massage. Cancelation should be done via phone call. If you miss the 24 hours' notice window, we will charge you the 100% for that service.

Second Massage Therapist Policy

We do not make any guarantees that you will have two massage therapists working on you till you have arrived. Massage is physical and taxing on the body. Sometimes during a massage, we may feel strain and that tells us we need to rest. We cannot make a guarantee that you will have two therapists working on you. We try to not overload our workload to prevent this from happening.

One other thing the second massage therapist does not work on clients the entire massage. We design this method to create a more complete massage experience.

Preference Policy

We do not offer a choice of therapist. We are a husband-and-wife team, and we tend to work together. There are times only one of us is present. We never guarantee a male or female therapist.

Online Booking Policy

If you book online the appointment is not confirmed until you have heard from us from our business number 508-404-5730.

Just because a time appears available on the calendar does not mean it is available. We handle the calendar manually and we book 1 hour of time before and after an appointment. We try to do this as soon as appointments are made, but sometimes people book while we are busy or working or even sleeping so it takes a few hours sometimes to update the calendar. We could also have more specific time slots, but we prefer having the times open to fit other clients' schedules.

Massage Implements Policy

Massage is very physical, and as therapists we must protect our bodies. We do this by using different parts of our bodies besides our hands. This includes our forearms, elbows, knees, and feet to name a few. We also use our tools.

We do make sure we are using these different implements in a safe manner, and this is why you need to fill out the intake form. If you do not like implements being used, please do not book with us.

CBD Info

The CBD we use does not contain THC; however, it is important to know that not every drug test will be able to tell the difference between CBD and THC. If the test is not a sophisticated test the CBD will show up as THC. We want our clients to be informed of this in case they do not want us to use CBD on them.

Policy to Refuse Service

As service providers we do have the right to refuse services for any reason.
